Stefano Menti
The Menti project was founded in Gambellara by Giovanni Menti in the late 19th century. It is a family project that has passed through several generations until it reached Stefano, who showed an early interest in biodynamic agriculture.
In 2004, the conversion to organic farming for all vineyards began, and the organic certification process was initiated in 2011. They cultivate 7.5 hectares of Garganega and Durella vineyards on the slopes of Gambellara and Lessini, with volcanic soils. These vineyards are cultivated using biodynamic methods and are carefully tended to.
The wines are produced through spontaneous fermentation and natural stabilization methods, emphasizing a commitment to organic and biodynamic principles.
